From the first germ of an idea to getting it on the drawing board, to planning permission, to the finished article, we can project manage your additions to your Heritage home off the plans, and into reality.

From design to planning to execution, we can project manage your home alterations in your period property and with our vast experience over many years working on all kinds of properties in Sussex and Surrey, we guarantee a quality result.  It may not be possible to extend or do much to the exterior of your property; there may be byelaws and listed buildings regulations that prevent you from changing anything, even down to using reclaimed rather than new materials.

However, our experienced team can source what is required and reconfigure the inside of your property to make the existing living space more accessible or suitable for you, either in keeping with the original features or a more contemporary accommodation – perhaps an open plan interior better designed for modern living that doesn’t affect the outside of the building at all.  Reclaimed or recycled materials can be used to keep the character of your property if you require.  Working under JCT contracts for your peace of mind LK Carpentry are a reliable and reasonable local firm that enjoys a first class reputation in the local area.
